Our opening times are as follows:

Tuesday               9:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday             CLOSED
Sunday                CLOSED

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

Yes, we have a shop where you can try on samples of many products that we offer. When visiting our shop, you can also discuss your order requirements with a member of our team.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

If your School, Club or Business has an online shop set up with us you can place your order online.
Please select the required category from our homepage.

If your School, Club or Business does not have an online shop set up with us orders can be placed via emails to sales@touchline-embroidery.com 

Orders can also be place in our retail shop.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

A detailed sizing chart can be found on each product page.
HOW MANY UNIFORM ITEMS SHOULD I PURCHASE FOR MY CHILD?

This all depends on your laundry schedule, but we generally recommend 2-3 tops and 1-2 bottoms per child and 1 outerwear piece.
DO YOU DO NAME LABELS?

Unfortunately this is not a service that we are offering at the moment.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once the order has been placed and we start to process we cannot change the order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

Our general turnaround is 14 days, this may stretch to 21 days during peak periods.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, any order once complete can be collected from our retail store during our normal opening hours.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO COLLECT?

You will receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WHEN COLLECTING MY ORDER?

You will need either the order confirmation or invoice, this has all the information required.
CAN SOMEBODY ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?

Yes, providing they have a copy of the order confirmation. 
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

All orders are paid for in full when your order is placed, if you place an order in store or via email the order will be held and only processed once payment has been made.
